Very spicy sauce made from blended ingredients: Green bell peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, cooked with herbs, spices and seasonings, crayfish in palm oil sauce .
Ideally eaten with white rice and a side of fried plaintain.
Option of Assorted meat only
500ml portions are made in large batches, we are not able to customise this.
Larger portions (2litre bowls) be custom-made to your requirements.
