General Orders Enquiry

Is there a minimum order amount?

No. There is no minimum order amount.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver orders to any postcode in mainland United Kingdom via overnight courier.

What is your minimum and maximum postage charge?

Delivery charges range from £3.99 to £20 depending on product ordered and location.

How is my order kept fresh?

All perishable food orders are securely packed in insulated bags with ice packs, with this we guarantee freshness for up to 48hrs transit.

Do I need to be in to receive the delivery?

It would be ideal if you are available at the time of delivery however if you are not and have not given special instructions, the courier will either leave your order in a safe place at your address, leave with a neighbour, or return your order to their nearest depot for collection, and they will leave a card to inform you where your order has been left. Please note that we will deem your order as fulfilled in any of these scenarios. 

How do I make payment?

You can make a secure payment during checkout via PayPal, Card, Google/Apple Pay or Shop Pay.

Is your food cooked fresh?

Yes. All of our food is prepared inhouse by hand.

A limited small amount of food is freshly prepared by us, packed in small packs, frozen and posted to you.

Is your meat halal?

Yes. All our beef and chicken meat is halal, supplied by halal butcher.

When will my order arrive?

The vast majority of our orders arrive within 24hours from the date of despatch; however, some orders can take up to 48hours from despatch due to logistics with the courier company.

Please note that we do not despatch courier orders on  Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9.00am ‚Äď 17.00pm and Weekends by special arrangement only.

We are closed on Wednesday.

Note that the above opening times can vary depending on business needs so we highly recommend checking for updated information on our website (pop-up box) before you place your order.

Do you use any preservatives in your food?

No. Our foods are freshly prepared and cooled down quickly to retain freshness with no need for added preservatives. Orders are securely packed in insulated bags with ice packs to keep meals at fridge temperatures during transit. This ensures it gets to you in a perfect condition ready to go in your fridge, freezer, oven or microwave.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We prefer that all orders be placed via our website.
There is an admin charge of £5 for orders place via phone or text message. 

 

Allergy Information

What if I have food allergy?

All ingredients of our individual products are listed on our website so that you are able to make an informed decision on food choices.

All our meals are prepared in a very busy kitchen so we are unable to cater to people with serious allergy to any food product.

 

Local Collection Enquires

When will my order be ready?

Orders for local collection can take anywhere between 1-4 days depending on business demand.  

If your order is urgent, please feel free to contact us to discuss further options.

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

We will notify you by email and follow this up with a phone call or text message.

Where do I collect my order?

Is there a minimum order or collection charge?

No. There is no minimum order or collection charge.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes.

 

Local Delivery Enquires - Milton Keynes Only 

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. For the local delivery option, you will have to spend a minimum of £20.00

 

Is there delivery charge?

Yes. The delivery charge is a £5.99 for local delivery within 5mile radius and £7.99 for 5-7mile radius.

When will my order be ready?

Orders for local collection can take anywhere between 1-4 days depending on business demand.  

If your order is urgent, please feel free to contact us to discuss further options.

What time will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered anywhere between 4-7pm unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order if not yourself.

 

Occasion/ Event Enquiries

Do you cater for special occasions?

Yes. Special occasion orders are to be placed by contacting us on 07485 157053.

How many guests do you cater food?

We cater for up to 50 guests.

What’s on your occasion menu?

We currently only offer foods listed on our website.

How much notice do I need to give for special occasion orders?

Please give us as much notice as possible. Ideally 3-4 weeks notice.  

 


Note that due to the ongoing pandemic, our kitchen is currently operating at a reduced capacity to allow us to continue to serve you safely.
