Delivery Information
Delivery charges range from £3.99 to £20 depending on product ordered and location.
- Chin Chin only orders of less than £25.00 (or less than 2kg in weight) will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post at £3.99
- Perishable food orders will cost £5.99 or £9.99 (depending on weight) or £19.99 for Guaranteed overnight delivery. Good will dispatched using DPD or APC Overnight Courier within mainland UK.
Some regions within Scotland may incur an additional charge of up to £10.00, we will contact you should this apply.
- General delivery time can be anytime between 8AM – 8PM, however you will receive a confirmation email from the courier to confirm estimated delivery time slot (within a 2hour window).
- Should you require your order to reach you before 12noon on the day of delivery, please select the guaranteed 12noon delivery option on checkout which will cost £19.99 within mainland UK. Note that this service is not available to all regions, should this apply to your order we will contact you to discuss.
If you are not home at the time of delivery and have not given special instructions, the courier will either leave your order in a safe place at your address, leave with a neighbour, or return your order to their nearest depot or a local shop for collection, and they will leave a card to inform you where your order has been left. Please note that we will deem your as order fulfilled in any of these scenarios.

The vast majority of our orders (99%) arrive within 24hours of dispatch, however some orders may take up to 48hours from dispatch due to logistics with the courier company. As all our orders are securely packed in insulated bags with ice packs, we still guarantee freshness upon receipt.
